Cognitive Awareness Counseling $25 per 1½ hour session
Individual Counseling $45 per 1 hour session
Family Counseling $75 per 1 hour session

Drug and Alcohol Testing/Treatment
Monitored Antabuse $15/month
Monitored Urinalysis $17/each
ETG Urine Screens $25/each
Monitored Breathalyzer $5/each
Daily Breathalyzers $3/each
Instant Oral Drug Swab $25/each

*Tests that are confirmed by laboratory with documentation are an additional $30
